Referral Program Terms and Conditions

The Clickback Referral Program (the ‘Program’) allows registered Clickback Referral Program Members (the ‘Referring Member’) to earn a $100 USD Amazon Gift Card for each and every referral who becomes a paid customer of Clickback (the ‘Referred Customer’).

To participate in our referral program, members must register and agree to these terms, which become part of the Clickback Referral Program Terms and Conditions.

Definitions

  • Referring Member: someone who is a registered member of the Clickback Referral Program.
  • Referred Customer: someone who’s been referred to Clickback by a Referring Member and becomes a paying customer.
  • Amazon Gift Card: refers to a gift card purchased for the Amazon website.

How Referring Members Earn $100 USD Amazon Gift Cards

Clickback Referral Program Members can earn a $100 USD Amazon Gift Card if:

  • a referred friend or colleague clicks on their unique referral link and becomes an eligible Referred Customer                             (see below); and
  • the Referring Member is currently not enrolled or affiliated with any company participating in Clickback’s Partner or               Agency Program.
  • the Referring Member is currently not an employee of Clickback

Eligible Referring Members

To be an eligible participant of this program, Referring Members must meet either of the following conditions:

  • You’re a registered member of the Clickback Referral Program and the referral you made is deemed an Eligible                        Referred Customer.

Eligible Referred Customers

Clickback Referral Program Members will earn a $100 USD Amazon Gift Card for each and every Referred Customer who meets the following conditions:

  • the Referred Customer must originate from the Referring Member’s unique referral link
  • the Referred Customer does not already have a Clickback account (whether expired or canceled)
  • the Referred Customer and Referring Member are not employed by the same company
  • the Referred Customer has signed a software agreement with Clickback
  • the Referred Customer is not in violation of Clickback’s Acceptable Use Policy
  • the Referred Customer’s first and second payments submitted were successfully processed
  • the Referred Customer was not referred to Clickback at an earlier date by someone else including Clickback’s Partners         or Affiliates.

Overview of Program 

If you, the eligible Referring Member, makes a referral that qualifies as an eligible Referred Customer, you’ll receive a $100 USD Amazon Gift Card. The card will be delivered by email, after the referral is deemed an eligible Referral Customer.

Sharing Unique Referral Links

Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, and only shared with personal connections that will appreciate receiving these invitations. Referral links should not be published or distributed where there is no reasonable basis for believing that all or most of the recipients are personal friends or business colleagues (such as coupon websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia).

Multiple Referrals

A referred friend may only use one referral link. If a referred friend receives referral links from multiple Clickback Referral Program Members, only the corresponding Referring Member of the referral link used by the Referred Customer will receive the reward.

Termination and Change

Clickback may suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a Referring Member’s ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time for any reason.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts or cancel the issuing of rewards if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive or fraudulent. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals as deemed fair and appropriate.

Updates to the Terms

Clickback can update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
